Welcome to the Lodge Montblanc!
It takes only 1 minute to Hokuseizan Ski area.
Wider and bigger ski resort is Kitanomine. It takes 15 minutes by car.
This is the best base camp for the mountains. You can make a trail for Furano-Dake, Tokachi-Dake, Tomurausi and Daisetsu -zan-Kuro-Dake.
In early summer, Lavender-flowers are full of Hokusei-mountain which is just back of the Lodge.
In summer, fire-works are held every year at the foot of the mountain. We can overlook fire-works from the Lodge.
If you like the drama "Kitano-kumikara"-"From northern country" ,you can visit the location in which the drama was taken place by 15 minutes by car.

The way to the lodge.
It takes 50 minutes from Ashikawa airport by car. It takes 2 hours from Sapporo by car and 2 hours and a half from Chitose airport.

One winter day, someone was flying by the baloon. We can see Tokachi-dake behind it.
From inside the lodge, this is the room upstairs.
Access to the Lodge Montblanc: You can take the regular bus from Asahikawa Station to Furano through Asahikawa airport.
You can also take the Chuobus from Sapporo Bus terminal to Furano. It runs 8 times everyday.
JR trains: You can take trains from Asahikawa on local line to the direction of Hurano.
